The "team" is more than the sum of its individual personalities. It is the different characters that bond a team together into a "high-performance team." And that is exactly the art - how can I treat each individual in such a way that they feel valued and rise to their intrinsic high performance? To that end, we shed light on the key questions:
How do I put together the perfect team?
What are the formal and informal roles?
What framework conditions do people need in order to be able to deliver top performance as independently as possible in the long term?
What behavior do I need to adopt in order to initiate relationship building?
What motivations do I need to recognize and take into account at all times?
The individual is always the focus of attention, because every person is unique and has their own personality. Only those who know themselves and also know how the other person "ticks" can exploit the full potential of the team. Roles have to be defined, communication has to be adapted to the personality type, and each team member has to be positioned in such a way that personal strengths can be implemented and developed.
